Technology is revolutionizing the way of thinking in the Real Estate Industry. The apti award was launched in the year 2019 by the apti (Austrian PropTech Initiative) management board Julia Arlt, Jörg Buß and Ferdinand Dietrich. The award recognizes the most innovative Tech provider and startups in the international Real Estate sector. Both national and international PropTechs have the opportunity to apply in the categories. Tech providers and startups in the real estate sector can apply themselves or be promoted via third parties. The 2024 application phase runs from May to September.
